Bio

Dr. Shyh-Tsong Lin was born in Taipei in 1959. He received his MS and PhD degrees in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University in 1987 and 1993, respectively. He is now a professor of electro-optical engineering in National Taipei University of Technology. His research fields involve opto-mechanical design for systems of optical metrology, optical precision measurement, and experimental mechanics.
