Bio

Tien-Jung Chen received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. She received the M.S. degree and Ph. D. degree in electro-optical engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1988 and 1995, respectively. In 1995, she joined the department of electronic engineering, Ching Yun University of Technology, Chung-Li, Taiwan. Since 2003, she has been on the faculty of National Taipei University of Technology, where she is an associate professor of electro-optical engineering. Her current research interests focus on liquid crystal display and liquid crystal related applications.
